hello i have heard that the hummers are late couls of weather someone said it at the WBU stor is this true. i had one hummer 5 days ago it buzzed around but did not drink. my gramparents in NY always have a lot of hummers this time of year in NY but have just had one? also i have my humming feeder on a pole with a hanging basket of million bells red in frount of a windo it gets sun and some shade is this ok to have it thear
