I have a lot of tomato seeds, but I don't think I have anything sour.

I like a mix of a sweet and acidic tones. But, you have to please the wife, otherwise she won't cook for you.:o)

There is a sour tomato here that might qualify...

Would green tomatoes work? I've been trying to get some ideas for using green tomatoes since it looks like I'm about to need some. Sauteed with some fish sounds promising. ;>)

You should ask this question on the tomato forum of this website, you'll get an answer alot faster.

Tomatoes are sour before they ripen but not too green as then they don't have much flavor just texture.

Happened to come across this rather sour looking tomato, not sure how it might taste:

Could it be a tomatilla? They make great sauces and they're kind of tart.
