My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I grow mine in bright indirect sunlight. I let it dry up ever so slightly between waterings, but never let it get completely dry. I think it's sort of a "goldielocks hoya", not too dry, not too wet - it's got to be juuust right. LOL One of my linearis plants started to wither after letting it get too dry, the vines looked green and healthy, but taking a closer look I discovered that the vines were drying up at the base.
I also allow mine to dry out between watering. It is in coir chips, under artificial light, and the pot is always light as a feather when I get to it again. It grows easily in my conditions. I also grow my Hoyas cool, and linearis is listed as a cool tolerant plant, so that might be a factor.
