My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a hummer in my yard. What a great day I had. I first saw her at 9:30 a.m. She went to Salvia B&B, Cleome, heuchera and hosta flowers. I had to go out from 1l:00 to 5:00, and I thought for sure I would not see the hummer when I returned. As I was fixing dinner, she appeared at the windows. I sat outside until 8:00, and she kept coming back into my yard, but this time it was only to Salvia B&B. WOW, hummers are so amazing. How quickly they come and go. I had stopped putting out the feeder in early July, but now I have it out. I would love to see her use it. Am I right...I think this is a juvenile female?
