Chao I have some beautiful confederate jasmine. I love it and don't ever want to be without it but I have never found it to be a hummingbird plant. If you live in southern Georgia you do need to havg this vine grown in your garden. A great addition to a southern garden.

I have to add that I have so many other Hummingbird attractors.

Mimidi..there is a "clump" of confederate jasmine in my backyard next to the fence, planted I assume, by the previous owners. It looks more like a small shrub than a vine, so I'm wondering if it could be relocated to a more desirable place in the yard. I'm thinking of adding a small arbor and was thinking of either this or carolina jasmine. I love both of them, however it might not be the best time of the year to plant them. A skilled gardner, I'm NOT!

Donna you can move this clumb in late fall or early winter. The rains will get the roots settled in before spring.

I do have Crimson honeysuckle for my hummingbirds and they love it. Another good one is gold flame homeysuckle. This is the honeysuckle I say the hummingbirds use when they first arrived in March this year.
