Well, uh oh. I got tired of this vine eating everything in sight without a sign of a flower, so I whacked it off at the top and moved it around to the side of the porch, where I discovered lots of little buds and several flowers about to open! (It's in a pot with a trellis and a 7 foot bamboo pole holding it up) - Long red buds, looked it up and got its name....one source says that it can be propagated by dividing tubers - is this true? Can I let it dry out and restart it next spring? Hope it keeps growing -
