These are great! The second one looks like he is flapping to try to keep from falling off. Very cute! Love the little red gorget coming in, too...I've seen one like that the past couple of days.

I don't think my digi camera could take such good night shots.As a matter of fact I'm sure it can't! My shutter speed would be too slow.

Great pictures!!! Your little juvenile male looks just like my dominate one here in PA with the little red gorget clearly visible.

Thanks for sharing these pics. I am still unsuccessful in getting the birds to not fly off when I get the camera out. They are fine with me but they are afraid of the camera.
