Hummingbird Garden

Hummingbirds - where have they gone?

I am new to the world of hummingbirds. I live in Northern Virginia and have been experiencing the joy of the h-birds for the last month or so. However, they seem to have disappeared! My bird friends were busy feeding Sunday morning, but no visits since then.

What happened???

It`s quite possible they have moved on towards their wintering grounds. My Rufus are a no show today and I believe they are on their way to points south. Sure enjoyed them while they were here!

They've been active here in Ohio in the last week and I don't have any feeders. They go for my Hydrangea, Bee Balm and petunias.
