My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

you are out there, got a question for you... Don't hummingbirds like Hyacinth Bean flowers? I've got vines going crazy and no sign of flowering. Do they need lots of water? Lots of miracle gro? Am I doing something stupidly wrong? I've seen pictures of gorgeous full flowering vines, but it just ain't happening here!!! Thanks for any info you can send on!!!

glo who has 6 hummy babies this year!!! and her granddaughter for 6 months while Mommy is deployed.... yippy!!!! (I think)
