To Much Sun?

I'm a huge lover of Hydrangeas. I finally adde one to my garden. It currently has flowers on it. I have been watering regularly since i planted it Sunday. All the leaves are ok but the flowers are all now looking droopy. Is it because they are getting to much sun or BC it isn't actually the flowering time for it?
I have it in the front on my home which gets approx 6 hours of sun starting in the afternoon.... I don't know if its to intense for it. Any help or input would be appreciated!!

During the early part of Spring, I can leave my potted hydrangea outside and allow it to get full sun because the sun is not too strong yet. However, after a while, I need to start giving it some shade protection, usually by 11am or so.

What makes it difficult to diagnose is that your plant should not be blooming yet (too early) so it sounds like it was forced to bloom early. Local weather and soil moisture conditions could affect it. On top of that, the plant is going through some transplant shock.
