My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hummer Audacity

I was out this morning planting seeds of hybrid nicotiana and was holding the seed pack which had a color picture of the red, blue, and white flowers when I heard a strong buzzing sound in my left ear and then a hummer came over my shoulder and tried to nectar at the flowers on the seed pack. They're always hovering about one foot from my face when I stand still, but this is a behavior I've never seen, and it's not that there's a lack of nectar flowers in my yard.
