My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I don't know but I tell you what happened to me this year. I planted a seed called black squash. The squash we got is very dark green and inside very little seeds and lots of white meat. It is very delicious to eat it raw. It is more tasty than cucumber. We did not cook any because the whole family eat what we harvest raw. I always p;ant squash but never get some thing good like this year. I am planning to seed a fall crop and hoping to get the same.
If you go to a search engine and type "cucurbita gene list" one of the top results will be a university list. Many of the genes will not be of interest to the home gardener. The list uses the standard abbreviation method of capitalizing dominant genes, and putting recessive genes in lowercase. I would give the link, but GardenWeb has been picky about links I've tried to post lately.
