Easter Purchase

I bought a plant with 5 blooms mid March. The blooms are blue and some fading to pink and all are starting to expire. The main trunk is about the size of a pencil and the plant is dwarf with about seven branches, about one foot high. The type and name is unknown. One year old or Cityline I have no idea nor does the florist, but it is pretty and I don't want to lose it.

My question is this: Will it bloom again this year outside in a container?

How and where do I cut the existing blooms when done so I don't kill the new buds and how do I know where the new buds will develope?

I have never had a Hydrangea before and any help is welcomed.

I can send pics if that would help.
