My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm back in Florida ..Hey All

Well like the true Snow bird I is.. I'm back in Florida for the winter months..and woooo hoooo it's been a hot spell...Wanted to say "Hey" to my friends and yep, I have lots of goodies waiting for the return of them darling "Hummers"..of course I have to wait till March (sigh)...but I'm ready willin and able :)

Hope you all had a wonderful event with them darling Hummers ..but when I got home to Pa..not a one..flew by and visited..sadly to say...I sure was anxious after being trained well...

So now I have a bird feeder up for other critters..and yes, I'm fighting those squirrels..but..I think I might have a solution..LOL Feed them..cause if not they bother everything and everyone ! :)

Ok...just stopped in to say "Hey" and I'll be back !
