She thought that some of you might be interested in knowing that I rooted a bunch of Impatiens niamniamensis "African Queen" leaves. I accidentally broke my plant a while back so I made a bunch of stem cuttings, which by the way failed. Afterward I stood there looking at all the beautiful large, shimmering blue-green leaves and thinking about some of the other plants I have recently managed to root from leaves: Thunbergia affinis, Gynura sarmentosa, Stroblianthus dyeriana, different passifloras. I've become rather bold in my experiments with leaf cuttings, lol, so I thought "Why not? What's the worst that could happen?". After 3 weeks I checked one of them and this is what I found:
