Just this year, I've become aware of the Fanfare Impatiens which have a trailing habit. I've read that they can grow 16 to 20 inches tall and can spread up to two feet across. Does anyone know if the Fanfare impatien actually do spread more than a typical impatiens? I've tried finding seeds for then, but noone seems to carry them. I've tried Burpee, Stokeseeds.com and Hazzardsgreengarden.com but don't even find a mention of "Fanfare". I can get a flat of the typical impatiens for a whole lot less than buying individual Fanfare impatiens. Any help will be appreciated.
