I have had my impatiens about a week and they have stayed inside with me. I tried them outdoors for one day and they looked very sad, so I brought them back inside and they seem to be doing alright. I had also transplanted them into new and separate pots because 3 plants had came in one very tiny pot. So far the two in the West facing windows seem happy enough, but the one in the east window is a little droopy. I am hoping that they will all continue to thrive. I will try to keep you posted on their condition if you are interested.

My impatiens did well inside for 6 months and then they started dying slowly but surely. I was told by someone at Lowe's that they had gotten some sort of disease. All the same though. I think impatiens are beautiful and will try again this year.

I took 2 cuttings last fall of one of my white ones and it has been blooming in my west window all winter. I've been feeding it every 2 weeks with Miracle grow.
They are EASY to grow indoors.
