New Guinea Impatiens flowers fading fast

Hi all,
I planted my NGI in a bed back in May. It took a while for the flowers to bloom (about a month) but once they did they looked great. However, the flowers didn't last long. (Can someone tell me how long an individual flower typically stays in bloom).

I thought maybe it was normal for the flowers to die and would be replaced with new ones. But new ones don't seem to be replacing them. And many of the existing blooms seem to be developing spots and little holes.

The leaves have been fine all along. They look strong and healthy.

Am I expecting too much or does there appear to be a problem with my plants?
Thanks
