Hmmm I would say that it is a form of Impatiens digitata maybe sub species digitata. This one is native to Mt Kilimanjaro. This one is different in the petals are up turned and star like the type has more rounded petals according to "Impatiens of Africa" I only have sub jaegeri which is much easier to grow.
The other is Impatiens pseudoviola it is some what common in Europe from what I have read. It can cross with Impatiens kilimanjari to make Impatiens X lateritia. Some breeders have been playing with these two and have gotten some interesting stuff from what I hear.
