Lure them outside by placing some food outside and moving it further until you can seal that access point (after making sure they are outside) so they cannot return.

I have the same problem with chipmunks in my walls and garden. I have tried fox blood and urine, we have an outside cat, an inside cat, and a dog.....still no help! I am an animal lover, but i am fed up, im ready to buy a pellet gun and hunt them!

Chipmunks are rodents, just like mice and rats are. Blood and urine are of little to no help in deterring them and dogs and cats will only serve to cause them to find better hiding places.
As I said in 2007 place food outside to lure them away from your house moving that bait until they are far e3nough away that the entry points they may be using can be sealed.
