I have Three Cherry Tomatoes fruiting and have noticed on one of the plants a dark patch forming on a few of the tomatoes. Is this Blossom end rot?

If it looks rotten and spreads, then yeah it's probably ber. The first fruit will have it the worst. BER is expressed by the plant as a calcium deficiency, but the real cause is irregular moisture. What's your media? Does the moisture level fluctuate? If the roots are wet all the time, they might want better aeration.
