My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

For those who have read of my herbicide saga, I am very glad to say that I have plants that have come out unscathed. This was the first to bloom--Joyce Ragle: a nice strong stalk with multiple buds. This is a first year plant, so perhaps later I'll see the blue beard on a more mature plant. The beard on this one is white, perhaps there is the faintest shading on it, but it's imperceptible in person.
