Can you tell me the name of the maple on the left...i love those shallowly divided, almost rounded Japanese maple leaves...is is a Shirasawianum?

If you are talking about the larger tree to the left up against the house it is Acer japonicum 'Acontifolium'. Large leaves and deaply divided. Spectacular fall color. I will try to post pictures of some of these trees in their fall glory later in the year.
