I'm not saying it's an issue (need more info), but water and air temps will cause your symptoms. Among other things.

The plants are approximately 8 inches tall. The room temperature, is a steady 68F degrees, I'm assuming the water temperature is the same. I'm guessing that's probably too cold, right?

It could be too much Nitrogen. It's been awhile since it's been discussed, but as I remember, too much Nitrogen keeps the plants in "green growth" mode and it tends to drop blooms as a result.

But if it was too much nitrogen, wouldn't the same thing be happening to the tomatoes? Actually, they really like nitrogen, dont they?

I'm looking at the nutrients I use. They are:
Flora Bloom 0-5-4
Flora Gro 2-1-6
FloraMicro 5-0-1

FloraMicro being the highest in nitrogen, should I cut back on using it? Currently I use equal parts of each to make the solution. Thanks for any advice.

Not necessarily. Tomatoes really like to a lot of everything. They don't respond the same as peppers (though they are in the same family). if you cut back on the nitrogen, the tomatoes will simply put out green growth more slowly. It's kind of the compromise you make combing those two plants in the same system.
you might find some links in this thread useful in calculating the various concentrations using your nutrients.

1. Day temp too high >95F
2. Night temp too low 3. Too much nitrogen fertilizer
4. Too much water
5. Low light levels (reduces fertility).
6. Very low humidity (reduces fertility)
7. Poor air circulation (air circulation contributes to pollination).
8. Lack of pollinating insects.
9. Size of pot

10. Too much mineral in feedwater.
11. Too much grower attention/anxiety.
