Last year I planted two 4ft high climbing hydrangea along my fence. This year, they started budding and a frost came in and killed the leaves. Currently, there is only leaves on the new growth. Next year, will I get leaves on the old growth? They look pathetic compared to last year, but I am hoping for the best next year.
