Moving a climging hydrangea

I've had a climbing hydrangea below some pitch pines now for a little over a year. It is sooo happy there and even bloomed for me (1 bloom) this year which surprised me as its a young plant, and I didn't think I'd get any for at least a few years.

Anyway, I LOVE it, a lot. I also paid good money for it from Hydrangea Select as Lowe's and HD don't carry them. I'm moving Upstate in September, and I really want to take it with me. I know it can do well there as its zone 5 and it should do well down to zone 4.

When I bought it last year, it had two tendrils about 18 inches long each and now its really quite big. Its climbed up two of the pitch pines to about 6 feet and spread out about 4 feet. Its attached itself to the trees and part of a wooden fence behind it. My biggest concern is whether or not removing the attached parts will damage the plant. Also, if I dislodge the branches, how will I reattach them when we get to our new home? I'm just not sure what is the best way to go about it.

I konw July is probably the worst time to dig it up, but I have to do it before we go into contract on our house, which will be within the next couple of weeks. Any suggestions? Thanks!
