My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I had Crimson Snow on my list until I saw it in person. It could have been having a 'bad year' but it was not the crisp clean contrast I'd seen in a photo.
I don't know where you're located, but climate can have a large effect on which will grow for you.
I bought 'Finalist' five (possibly six) years ago and I haven't seen a bloom yet.
I have a noid that has been suggested could be 'Crimson Snow' and it has multiplied beautifully and is covered in blooms each year. They are the old form, but are still beautiful. Compared to what I look for these days and what I would use in a cross, I would never considerate it. But I can't bring myself to get rid of it.
