1. In zone 5, an ordinary macrophylla needs winter protection in order to bloom well. This years flowers come from buds set last fall and your winters are probably to cold for them to survive and even if they do, a late spring frost could zap them.

2. Endless Summer as I am sure you are aware will flower from the current season's growth so #1 does not apply. Move it to a place where it will get morning sun and afternoon shade or all day dappled sun/shade.

I wouldn't move ES until the Fall. Its too hot to move anything now, unless you're going to water the heck out of it!

Like Bellarosa said, now is not a good time to plant anything. Lost several new roses here in Texas last year for that reason. But, I interpreted from your statement, that ES had just been planted recently so be prepared to water it twice or more a week. 1g of water each time, from the base of the plant (not on the leaves) outwards. The roots are young and have not had a chance to grow.
