My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
So far no one has made any comments about gardens in Shikoku. OK, here's another inquiry about a garden that I plan to see on my trip. Has anyone been to the Nozaki Estate in Okayama? What did you think?
I finally saw the Nozaki Estate today. It wasn't anything special, and the docents had a "police state" attitude (Don't do this, Don't do that) that made it less than a pleasant experience.
I forgot to mention that there was a "Nozaki Annex" near this place that was pretty nice. They had a HUGE planting of sotetsu. It's kind of a strange plant, but in this case it looked great.
