if you had a choice which one would you get?

the hydrangea petioralis or schizophragma 'moonlight'. i would be placing it to climb a brick and stucco wall with morning sun. i've done the research and i've read that petioralis still looks good when the leaves are gone with its peeling bark but it grows SOOO SLOWWW.

while the moonlight has pretty leaves, but i haven't read anything how it looks during winter or growth rate

anyone who has experience with these, please let me know.
