My lettuce starts are looking peeked

I started some in a vermiculite mix and some in rockwool cubes and the ones in the vermiculite mix look green and healthy and the ones in the rockwool look yellowish and poor.

My rockwool is sitting in a 1/4 of water in a tray. Same water as the others are being misted with

any ideas
