Hanging trough system

The trough is composed of raincoat material purchased at wal-mart for about 1 dollar a yard. It was sewn with a hem on each side so pvc pipe could be inserted. There are Tees every 24 inches for connecting the outer rails together with toro funny pipe assemblys used in lawn sprinkler systems. Drip heads are mounted in the center of each brace. The whole trough is suspended from a single overhead rope held by one post on each end. When dis-assembled, the entire system will fit into its' own nutrient tank for easy shipping. The nutrients drip to the growing medium to waste. No pumps. Over-all size is 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 8 foot long. I have pictures and some construction details via the link below. Cost of materials is aprox. $30 dollars. I hope that this system may help someone get started. chuck
