My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I found a good sale

I was in the garden section of Lowe's and found variegated sweet iris for $3 marked down from 9.99. They were on the sale rack. I bought 2 of them. One is in bloom now and one is in bud. Could not believe they were marked down so early.
