I am new - all I have right now is the Smart Pot (and LOVE it). I am on a ship, and want to set up a source of greens. I have a 2'w x 2'd x 3.5'h locker and have an idea.

I want to create a cube with PVC. Verticles every foot. Each verticle has 45 doube wye connections each 6 inches. (3 on each verticle, 8 total verticles, 24 "cups" at a 45)

I will place (4) 2' shop lights vertically down the center. (it must not get hot - metal locker, and fires on ships are really really bad ;) I can have a reservoire either above or below.

What I can't figure out is what would be the best way to circulate the nutrient... Drip to each "cup"? Closed system that just rotates nutrient through the system? Fill it with perlite mix and use a wicking system? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
