picture of how to divide iris....?

I just dug up a massive iris bed ... the flowers this year I labeled so I could ID the color when I transplant some of each color to a fresh new bed. I downloaded a good explanation but really need now a site where there are some photos or drawings to show what the explanations mean!! I guess the flowering part will not bloom again but am confused .. as there are several pieces attached to the flowering piece (sorry... but I am not 'fluent' in describing the different parts of the iris!!!) & wonder what piece(s)I need to keep to replant!
