Looks like it could be, if you don't have any other irises this color with the blue beard.

I'll have to keep a close eye out next year. I really don't know how it could have gotten here, but after I found the tag, this is how I'm remembering it. Makes much more sense than for it to be Swingtown, which died, I thought maybe just a bit had survived. This reminds me a lot of Gypsy Romance, a smaller flower though.

Doesn't look like Swingtown. Does look very much like Royal Courtship which is a Hager rebloomer (prob not in your zone.

I know how...one of those times when you siad "I'll remember this" At least that's how it happens in my yard...or it could be garden gnomes. Yeah, I like that idea.

Yeah, Kay, garden gnomes, I bet that is exactly what happened. Evil little creatures. I seem to have an abundance of them this year. Some people have iris borers, but I get gnomes! Although under pressure I will confess to that "I"ll remember this" syndrome.
The more I look at it, the more I'm feeling Royal courtship. I can even see me moving it to a place where I can enjoy it more. It was down at the end of the yard where I keep my less favorite iris, now it is closer to the house where I pass by it more often, & it is so pretty.

Yep. They have been busy in my yard.
