I have. Never tried their iris tho. Tulips and lilies were as pictured. Daylily roots totally another color.

Just got a rose and hanging onto the receipt until the buds open and is as labeled.

I've gotten lots of plants like that in my garden. Excellent survival rate on bulbs & rhizome like plants, plants like phlox or poppies have been unlikely to live for me. If your iris are named, there is no real guarantee, although I've been very lucky & almost all were what they were supposed to be. I'm one of those who returns them if they don't come up though, unless it is due to something not caused by the quality of the plant..

They are all caesar,s brother so hope out of 14 of them at least 1 will survive... and will be the right color... Do u think I can keep them planted in pots for now. Do I keep them in or outdoor ? When is a good time to plant them in the garden?

Yes. You can keep them potted awhile. Outside, in the sun, and well watered.

Plant as soon as the soil is diggable and keep them well watered their first summer/fall.

I've had good luck with several plants from Home Depot If they look good and healthy, they will do OK for you.

I haven't have a lot of bulbs from there, but again, if the bulbs are plump and not dried out they should do fine.

I've bought King Alfreds and some Queen of the Night tulips and both were true to type and grew well for me. I would not expect to buy anything rare or expensive from there.

I think the trick is to buy their plants as soon as they come off the nursery truck and don't wait until the clerks there have taken care of them for a couple of weeks.
