My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Great pictures, thanks for sharing. Like yours, my Blushing Bride flowers changed to maroon, but retained some green on the underside where the sun did not hit. My young Preziosa's flowers fried this year, but the plant itself looks fine and will hopefully have an improved root system to sustain its flowers better next year. Only one leaf has turned so far, even after a couple good frosts. The blue lacecap (can't remember the name) rebloomed a bit in Sept, with smaller, white flowers.
Thanks Lois - we already had a few over-nite 20s & the Big Smile Serrata foliage were not given a chance to turn their expected burgundy/merlot Autumn colors - perhaps in 2011 - however all of them have grown more than the previous years - will need to adjust sizes of Winter cover-ups!!! Were enjoying a few mid-60s - sunny & dry so should be great for the chores ahead ... late emerging Butterflies kept me company!!!
BTW Oakleaf Hs are showing great foliage colors!!! Have a great day!
