Still blooming

Competitive Edge is my latest blooming iris outside the re-bloomers. It's colors take my breath away.
I'm wondering what other late-bloomers some of you like.

That is striking! I don't have so many late iris, but this year I should have Swingtown blooming for the first time. I looks like it is going to bloom at about the same time as World Premier, though.

I have a few late-bloomers. Walking on Air is nice, and Cajun Rhythm is pretty, but it has very little substance so it melts often because of the hot weather. Rhinelander holds up well.

This is helpful because I've been looking at some later blooming iris, and I've been wondering about which might deal with heat the best. Some of the pictures of Cajun Rhythm it looks pretty frowsy, maybe it is just enduring the heat and that explains it. I have seen some very pretty pictures of it also. (Like in Renee's garden on the AIS site!)
