too much shade for oriental lily?

I planted Pink Pagoda Lily and Bellsong Lily bulbs (cross between Easter and Oriental) this Spring.

I planted them under trimmed trees getting morning sun. But at 12" tall, they're spindly and drawing toward the sun. Should I move them to another area getting more sun (late June in Fredericksburg, VA)? The grower specified part sun which indicates to me "partial sun" or full sun.

Thanks so much for your reply. I hated to move them after I planted them in April (?) but I think it's necessary. The bud now is only about 1".
