English peas like any other vegetable has to be planted by the moon signs. Or they will be stunted and bloom but not make. clh4596@ymail.com

Looks like a soil problem. Peas like a neutral Ph. Acidic soil will cause your problem. While there are people who swear by them, I have never paid any attention to moon signs. Peas like a deep loose soil with average nutrients. Bu if tomatoes and beans are doing ok, acidity may be your problem.
