Not sure exactly what a White spider lily is, but I have seen leaves come out looking like accordion folds on many types of plants. If that is what you are describing, it can be caused by severly uneven watering that causes abrupt fast growth of the affected leaf, or sometimes when a leaf is young, some part(s) of it might get mechanically stuck to something (impeding normal growth) while other part(s) grow normally.
