Leaf spot fungus... small brown spots with a water-soaked margin surrounded by a yellow halo usually on the upper halves of the iris leaves.

If you had a wet spring, the fungus can get a toe hold and it does thrive in humid conditions where air circulation is poor.

Later in the growing season you can cut just the infected leaves for cosmetic purposes. Right now, the foliage is still feeding the rhizome. Then make sure in the fall, when you do your usual cutting back and clean up that the clean up is complete - leaving no debris on the ground.
