If the foliage on the plant is still green and has no problems then allow it to continue growing. Let it grow naturally until it dies back and wait for it to come back next year. It should bloom next year and its a plus because it allows the bulb to get larger for next year.
You wont see blooms this year if all of the buds rotted so thats the bad part, but just let it grow it will divert its energy now to the bulb.
