My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
How does one remove them? I did a search, one article stated that cooking did not remove them? I've always washed, soaked and cooked dry beans, is that enough?
Boil them in water for 20 minutes, then pour off the water and add fresh water. If you search, there are a few articles that detail how much the lectins are reduced by doing this.
