They should bloom! moving them will slow next years blooming not trimming the leaves back. You will get blooms ! Not to worry some people cut them back after they bloom just because they dont like the brown tips on the leaves. You will be fine!

Just my experience, but cutting them back to transplant does not slow down the flowering.

Mine will flower the next spring if I get them moved early enough in the season. But If I move them in the fall, there won't be flowers the next spring, I have to wait a year,
