I suspect you are overwatering the beans, which WILL make the leaves turn yellow. Eventually the plants will die.

Water only when the soil is dry two knuckles deep, and then deep-water the plants. Let the soil tell you when to water -- the beans don't need a watering schedule. Don't fuss too much with them, just keep them weeded, and they ought to do just fine.

Yeah... too much cold and wet weather can do this. My pole bean leaves are mostly yellow cuz we had 26 days of rain in April and almost as many in May. June has started out with heavier rainfall still. Sigh.
