I think what you would want is a lot of large windows facing towards the park.

Agreed. I don't think you will find plans specially drawn for your situation. However, public areas should face the park, such as living room, dining room, entry. Try to keep the garage out of sight; don't forget people in the park will be looking at your house also. Keep that in mind when designing.

We live with a park behind us. Public spaces: kitchen, family, dining should face the park. We have large windows and love that. We have a lovely view of the park from our Master Bedroom, but need curtains for as needed privacy. Our Master Bath overlooks the park. I do not recommend it. A mudroom with access from garage to the backyard/park is great! Our landscape opens to the park but have a split rail fence separating, so we can enjoy view. A small basketball court, swing set, and trampoline are nearer the park. Landscape beds surround more private areas: garden swing, fire pit, deck with dining, but still with view to park. We have mature trees in the landscape similar to those found in the park.
