I ran across a bean I hadn't seen before at the local food co-op. They were in a bin labeled Anasazi beans, and I know they're not those, those are red and white.

These are black on a white background. Many of them have a large spot of black and several black freckles. Others just have the freckles.

I googled black and white bean and looked at a photo of calypso beans, but those look more like orca whales.

Does anyone have a tips on what they could be?
