In last years pea pods I had small white worms about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch long, and a little bit of webbing. They showed up in about 1 out of every 5 pods. What are they and how do I stop them from in festing my peas this year?
I suspect it is some sort of fly, laying eggs that hatch either when the flower forms the pod or when the pod is quite small. I do not notice any holes in the pod...
